The Vancouver Island Short Film Festival is back for its 15th year showcasing the best in short films from Canada and beyond!
For the first time, VISFF presents TWO screenings to show MORE films! Selected films are curated by a Selection Committee.

On Friday, February 7th, the show concludes with a filmmakers’ Q&A. On Saturday, February 8th stay for the Awards Ceremony after the evening screening, featuring the Peoples’ Choice award!
The doors open at 6:30 pm for the evening shows so come early to mingle, meet local filmmakers, get your seat and enjoy a beverage and some music.
Come out and support the art of storytelling through short films! VISFF is one of Nanaimo’s longest running soirees, so get your tickets early, as there are only limited tickets available at the door.
